Over more than a decade of service — including several years
as member of the INEMI Board of Directors — Jean-Luc helped shape INEMI’s
strategic priorities and deliver impactful technical projects. His leadership
guided key initiatives such as warpage assessment in organic packages,
lead-free rework optimization, and counterfeit component mitigation — efforts
that have informed global best practices in manufacturing reliability and
supply chain security.
Jean-Luc’s advocacy for data-driven collaboration and his
ability to unite industry stakeholders have left a lasting impact on INEMI and
the broader electronics manufacturing ecosystem. We thank him for his years of
outstanding service and celebrate his well-deserved recognition.
