Overview
AI infrastructure is entering a new era of scale, complexity, and urgency. Explosive growth in generative AI models is driving massive, energy-intensive buildouts that strain compute, memory, storage, packaging, and supply chains.
This session will explore the technology driving forces, key challenges, and strategic directions the industry must take to support current and future AI infrastructure growth.
Topics to be Covered
- AI Infrastructure Growth Drivers
- Role of Advanced Packaging
- Supply Chain Complexity & Constraints
- Key Directions for the Industry
