Haley Fu came to INEMI with seven year's experience in research & development in the electronics industry, working in areas such as environmentally preferred product development, surface-mounting technology, lead-free soldering and supply chain cost reduction. Prior to joining INEMI, she was manager, process improvement, in the China R&D center for Schneider Electric Investment Co., Ltd. She has also worked with Motorola and UTStarcom Telecom. Haley received her PhD in mechanical engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University in 2000.
